Book from a selection of premium cars. In the UK, you can rent a Mercedes A-Class or Mercedes GLA, from 1 to 90 days with a generous 150 miles per day included. Unusable. Spent 3 days trying to rent a car, nothing work (payment refused with 3 cards, tried on 2 phones, 2 computers, etc etc). They use something called "3d secure" that American banks don't support. Email support is useless and doesn't even read your message (someone just copy and paste automated answers). Worse experience I have seen just to rent a car. I can't imagine if you have any problem when you succeed to rent one. Run away! Account deleted, app uninstalled.

Hello Damien, thanks for your review. We take security seriously given the nature of our cars, that’s why we require 3DS authentication. There are 3 reasons for a failed transaction: 1) your bank is blocking the payment for security reason 2) 3DS check failed 3) amount + deposit exceed your threshold. The car booking and cars are good. But to actually get through to someone via chat is absolute shambles. It's so frustrating and have to fiddle around for like 20 minutes just to get to speak to an agent. There is an issue with the app referral buttons they don't generate link

Terrible experience with the support, impossible to speak to anyone. I have a booking and can't access the app. Do not use this app. Spent 4h to solve the issue, still not resolved.
